 I am a highly qualified teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching Spanish and Catalan at all levels, both in private lessons and small groups.

 

I hold a Humanities Degree (Bachelor of Arts), with a specialization in Language and Art, from Pompeu Fabra University, along with the Spanish teaching certificate (CAP – Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude), which is required to teach in Spanish schools. I also have a Law Degree from the University of Barcelona with a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management for Business.

 

My C2.1 English level (CEFR), officially certified in Spain, enables me to teach English. I also have training in CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning), which allows me to teach subjects in English. Furthermore, I have extensive training in the field of education and language teaching, giving me the skills and methodology to help students learn effectively and confidently.

 

After finishing my Law degree, I specialized in Environmental Law and worked for ten years in environmental protection and raising awareness of environmental issues. I have been involved in various environmental projects and in corporate environmental management. Although I greatly enjoyed this professional experience, I soon realized that my main interest was in education, especially in the field of language.

 

Since completing my Bachelor of Arts degree, I have worked in various private and public schools, as well as in a British International School and languages schools. I enjoy teaching students of all ages and levels, with a focus on communication and helping them to feel confident using the language.
